According to yesterday's Dutch daily news paper, still many in Holland stationed Embassies don't pay for their parking/traffic fines (an average of 600 unpayed yearly = €36.000 in total over the years). This problem has been noticed some time ago, but as it seems still no follow-up on the matter.
